Business Resources Loan Programs CCEDC Revolving Loan Fund Programs “More important than our lending ability, is our lending attitude.” The Clear Creek Economic Development Corporation administers several different business loan programs available to existing or start-up businesses in Clear Creek or Gilpin County. Because one size does not fit all, we feature a full range of financing options, including fixed and variable rates. This financing is available on a first come, first served basis. The purpose of the loan programs is to eliminate the major barrier facing most businesses today: obtaining private loan dollars at reasonable rates and reasonable repayment terms. The programs are tied to job creation or retention and assisting the low to moderate income level person achieve meaningful employment.
